Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using KyroSearch ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users of the Service.

2. Description of Service

KyroSearch is an SEO analytics platform that connects to your Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4 accounts to provide keyword analysis, cannibalization detection, content pruning recommendations, performance trend reports, and other SEO insights. The Service requires read-only access to your Google data and does not modify your Google account or properties.

3. Account & Authentication

You must sign in with a valid Google account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and for all activity that occurs through your KyroSearch account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

4. License to Use the Service

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your legitimate business and personal purposes. This license does not include the right to sublicense, resell, or distribute the Service or any part of it.

5. Google API Services

KyroSearch's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We only request read-only access scopes and use your Google data solely to provide the analytics features described in Section 2.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Attempt to access another user's data or account
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
  • Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Service beyond normal usage
  • Circumvent rate limits, authentication, or security measures
  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service or its data

7. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of your Google Search Console and Google Analytics data. KyroSearch does not claim any ownership rights over your data. We process your data solely to provide the Service and as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

KyroSearch and its operators retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including all software, features, functionality, designs, and technology. The KyroSearch name, logo, and all related trademarks are our property and may not be used without our prior written permission. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks or branding.

9. Feedback

If you provide us with feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you grant us an unrestricted, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and incorporate that feedback into the Service without any obligation or compensation to you.

10. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service depends on third-party APIs (Google Search Console, Google Analytics) whose availability is outside our control. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KyroSearch and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

The Service provides SEO analytics and recommendations. These are informational only and do not constitute professional SEO, marketing, or business advice. You are solely responsible for decisions made based on the Service's output.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the analytics, insights, or recommendations provided by the Service are accurate, complete, or current.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless KyroSearch and its operators, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

14. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by revoking KyroSearch's access from your Google Account Permissions. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or engage in abusive behavior. Upon termination, your cached data will be deleted automatically within 24 hours. To request full account deletion, contact us at hello@kyrosearch.com.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
